Shipping InformationWhen checking out you will be notified of your shipping options. Delivery fees will vary based on the destination within Canada. If you are outside of the GTA, please click on Shipping Outside of the GTA when you are in the shopping cart and contact us for a shipping quote. Here are some of the prices for shipping to various areas:
GTA shipping areas: Toronto, East York, Thornhill, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Brampton - $60 charge payable through PAYPAL (via the shopping cart when placing an order).
Outside of the GTA shipping areas: Richmond Hill, Markham, Unionville, Georgetown, Maple, Caledon, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa - $80 charge payable to the delivery company directly.
Uxbridge, Stouffville, Hamilton, Mount Hope, Grimsby, St. Catharines - $120 charge payable to the delivery company directly.
Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Niagara Falls - $150 charge payable to the delivery company directly.

We can ship to the US, however, any applicable duties or taxes imposed by the international destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
Pick up option: We are an online store and do not have a showroom, however we do have a pick up option at our North Toronto warehouse. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will certainly do our best to make arrangements for pick-up.
Order turn-around time: We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-2 weeks. If one of the items on your order is not in-stock you will contacted with an estimated delivery date. In some instances when items are thought to be in stock but are not available you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your order shipping. Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
We will gladly accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is in good condition and is in the original packaging. Furniture that has already been assembled is FINAL SALE. Shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale Items: All mattresses are final sale. Products that have been reduced for sale, are final sale. Also, special order merchandise is custom and is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 business days of receiving your order. We recommend that you take pictures of the damage/defects and send them to us at email@example.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
